  • Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.
  • Product colors and images may differ slightly from real items due to monitor settings.
  • SnuggleBuddy pillows are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Other returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in original condition, with tags and packaging. Return shipping fees apply: $10 for standard items, $15 for SnuggleBuddy pillows (non-refundable).
  • Exchanges are not accepted. To get a different color, size, or style, place a new order and return the original item per the return policy.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and billing information.
  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or reselling.

8. Shipping

  • We ship from multiple locations, including FBA and FBM, to optimize delivery.
  • Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $50.
  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Expedited shipping: 3–5 business days.
  • Priority shipping: 2–3 business days.
  • Lost or stolen packages are not our responsibility.

9. Optional Tools / Third-Party Services

  • Access to third-party tools or links is at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for content, products, or services from third-party websites.
